Melody Medley-Keith, Owner & Founder, is a Physical Therapist Assistant, B.S.
As a former collegiate scholarship swimmer, Melody has been active in aquatics for over 35 years. Earning Swim Teacher of the Year by the National Swim School Association and National Swim Teachers Association, Melody is nationally known as an aquatics speaker and consultant. Developer of two swim instructor manuals and videos, she has developed and patented many teaching tools used in swimming instruction and aquatic therapy.

Graduate of Sacred Heart University,
of Fairfield CT, in Biochemistry, Barker has 22 years experience
in the Aquatics Industry. He is the former president & CEO of
Sprint/Rothhammer International a world wide producer of Aquatic
therapy and
fitness products, as well as the former Business Manager
for 18 years of Zeneca Pharmaceutical’s, Aquatic products division.
At Zeneca, a 13 billion dollar world
producer of pharmaceuticals,
Barker was responsible for the sales and marketing
of the worlds
first chlorine free swimming pool sanitizer, Baquacil. Barker has
been involved directly with the aquatic therapy & wellness industry
for over 10 years.
Kristan M. Cogan - Physical Therapist
Ms. Cogan has been a sports medicine physical therapist for eight
years in Austin. She holds a Master of Science degree in Physical
therapy from Simmons College, Boston. Kristan's interest in optimizing
sports performance has led her to specialized training in both
land and water.
Specifically, she has trained with Paul Callaway at Body Balance
for Performance in the treatment of golf injuries.
Stacy Howard-Aquatics Director,
is an experienced aquatics instructor, swim lesson teacher and swim coach with a B.S. in Kinesiology–Health and Fitness from St. Edwards University. Stacy is certified under the American Red Cross as a Water Safety Instructor, Professional Life Guard and CPR for Professional Rescuer. She has 7+ years of experience as a swim teacher for infants to adults, and as swim team coach. Stacy is also an Athletic Personal Trainer and a mom.
