Pelvic Floor Exercise Services
Build Strength. Improve Control. Move with Confidence.
Our pelvic floor exercise services provide individualized exercise guidance to help improve pelvic floor and core strength, coordination, stability, and confidence with everyday movement.
Services are provided by a licensed Physical Therapist who is also a Certified Pelvic Floor Exercise Specialist, combining physical therapy knowledge with specialized training in pelvic floor exercise.
Pelvic floor exercise may be beneficial for:

Returning to exercise after pregnancy

Programs are individualized and may incorporate pelvic floor exercises, breathing and pressure-management strategies, core strengthening, posture, mobility, and functional exercise.
